Speaking from experience, Natalie, GSDPAC’s Principal, has had first hand experience of just how this plan can help you to eat a well balanced diet, loosing the weight you want to and feel great about yourself, not just in the way you look, but in the way you feel too.
Cambridge Weight Plan provides flexible weight loss programmes to both women and men through your Cambridge Weight Plan Consultant. Claire will give you one-to-one support on your weight loss journey.
Along with the one-to-one support, we offer a range of weight loss programmes which are flexible enough to fit in with your own lifestyle.
You can choose the Total Diet Replacement option, or opt for one of the steps that include healthy eating alongside meal replacements.
Cambridge Weight Plan offers a number of nutritionally balanced programmes ranging from 450kcal to 1500+kcal per day, and each programme incorporates at least one of our delicious tasting low-calorie diet products.
